Aerocardal knows that its most valuable capital is its staff. For this reason, our policy in this aspect is take care of our people in long terms and permanent training.
Our pilots have been chosen for their abilities, experience and professionalism. Likewise, our aircraft maintenance technicians have been selected and trained in each one of the aircraft types our company has in the respective aircraft factories.
The administrative and support staff has also been trained in each of the specialties or areas required by Aerocardal.
